RETURNS POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• •Unworn and unwashed, in the same condition you received it
• •In the original packaging with all tags attached
• •Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and sale items (marked as final sale) are not eligible for return. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@animattire.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.
